About Cacoa Elora - Our Ethical Chocolate Story

Dedicated to Ethical Chocolate Craftsmanship

Our Story, Mission and Values

Cacoa Elora was founded just over a decade ago. We began making bean to bar chocolate around 9 years ago as we wanted to focus on reconnecting chocolate lovers with the origins of their chocolate .

From bean to bar, we prioritise ethical sourcing, environmental stewardship, and artisan techniques that honour the unique character of each cacao origin. Our mission is to craft delicious   chocolate that supports farmers and   respects the planet.

As a member of the Craft Chocolate Association of the UK and Ireland, we are working to promote awareness ofthe craft chocolate movement and to help support growers and producers, and to educate people about how chocolate is made.
